【摘要】 某发电厂2号锅炉经过一系列环保方面改造后,锅炉渣井覆盖角处出现堆积的熔焦,逐渐形成焦床。针对此现象,分别进行制粉系统调整、煤粉细度调整、配风试验调整、关闭一次风喷口试验。通过对2号炉燃烧调整试验数据的分析,从提高机组运行的安全性和经济性角度出发,提出更为合理的运行方式。

【Abstract】 After a series of environmental protection modification of boiler No.2 in a power plant, coke accumulation appeared at the covering angle of boiler slag well and gradually formed a coke bed. In view of this phenomenon,the adjustment of pulverizing system,coal fineness adjustment,air distribution test adjustment,closing the primary air nozzle test were carried out respectively. Based on the analysis of combustion adjustment test data of No.2 boiler,a more reasonable operation mode is put forward from the perspective of improving the safety and economy of unit operation.
