汽油氢气缸内双喷射发动机控制试验研究

【摘要】 文章构建了一套新型的汽油缸内直喷+氢气火花塞微孔喷射缸内双燃料喷射系统;基于该系统在怠速和部分负荷工况下对喷氢压力、喷氢正时、喷氢脉宽以及过量空气系数等控制参数进行了试验研究,并对油耗量、总排温、燃烧和排放等数据进行了分析。试验结果表明:该双燃料喷射方式在怠速工况下,掺入少量的氢能够提高发动机的稳定性,降低循环变动,喷射压力为6 MPa时发动机的平均指示有效压力(indicated mean effective pressure,IMEP)波动较小,最佳的喷氢正时为上止点前100°CA;在部分负荷工况下,不同过量空气系数所对应的最佳掺氢比分别为1.99%、2.18%、3.51%、3.51%、3.56%、5.10%。

【Abstract】 In this study, a dual-fuel injection system which incorporates a gasoline direct injection system and a hydrogen micropore injection system integrating in a modified spark plug was developed. Based on this system, the control parameters such as hydrogen injection pressure, hydrogen injection timing, hydrogen injection pulse width and excess air coefficient were experimented under idle and partial load conditions, and the data such as fuel consumption, exhaust temperature, combustion and emissions were recorded and analyzed. The experimental results in the dual-fuel injection mode showed that in the idle condition, the addition of a small amount of hydrogen could improve the stability of the engine, and the indicated mean effective pressure(IMEP) fluctuation of the engine was slight when the injection pressure was 6 MPa. The optimal hydrogen injection timing was 100°CA before top dead center. Under the partial load condition, the optimal hydrogen volume ratio corresponding to different excess air coefficients was 1.99%, 2.18%, 3.51%, 3.51%, 3.56% and 5.10%.
