基于5G网络频段双模介质腔体滤波器仿真设计
Simulation design of dual-mode dielectric cavity filter for 5G network base station
【摘要】 探究双模介质腔体滤波器在耦合螺钉扰动下双模的分离情况,并根据这一特性设计中心频率为3.4~3.6 GHz的双模介质腔体滤波器,有效降低滤波器的尺寸.通过不断优化调试,仿真出符合设计指标的性能曲线.
【Abstract】 Under the disturbance of coupling screws, we explored the separation of dual modes, and based on this characteristic, a dual-mode dielectric cavity filter was designed with a center frequency in the range of 3.4 to 3.6 GHz, which effectively reduced the size of the filter.Through the optimization and improvement, a performance curve was simulated and met the design specifications.
