KH-570改性纳米二氧化硅对大豆油基UV固化涂膜性能的影响
Effect of nano-SiO2 modified by KH-570 on properties of the soybean oil-based UV curing film
【摘要】 用KH-570改性的纳米二氧化硅、丙烯酸化环氧大豆油、衣康酸二甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和1-羟基环己基苯甲酮反应,成功制备出纳米二氧化硅改性的丙烯酸化环氧大豆油UV固化膜,探讨了KH-570改性纳米二氧化硅加入量对丙烯酸化环氧大豆油UV固化膜性能的影响.结果表明,随着改性纳米二氧化硅含量的增加,膜的拉伸强度、柔韧性和热稳定性先变好后变差.当KH-570改性纳米二氧化硅的质量分数是1.5%时,均匀分散在高分子链之间的纳米颗粒具有消光和增韧的作用,对UV固化膜的热稳定性也具有促进作用.
【Abstract】 The acrylated epoxy soybean oil UV-cured film was prepared by nano-silica modified by KH-570, acrylated epoxidized soybean oil, itaconic acid glycidyl dimethacrylate and 1-hydroxycyclohexyl benzophenone, and the effect of KH-570 modified nano-silica on the properties of UV-cured film of acrylated epoxidized soybean oil was investigated. The results show that with the increase of the content of modified nano-silica, the tensile strength, flexibility and thermal stability of the film become better first and then worse. When the content of the KH-570 modified nano-silica is 1.5%, the nanoparticles uniformly disperse between the polymer chains have a matting and toughening effect, and also promote the thermal stability of the UV-cured film.
