多通道光电容积脉搏波采集监控系统
Multichannel-based photoplethysmography acqusition and monitoring system
【摘要】 针对无创式血糖、血压和血流速度检测技术研究中,多光源和运动伪像数据的采集与分析,设计了一款多通道光电容积脉搏波采集监控系统。该系统的设计采用FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array, FPGA)和HPS(Hard Processor System, HPS)结合的方式,实现多通道实时的数据监测和特征值提取。FPGA端控制多路数据转换通道;HPS端将采集的多路数据通过多线程蓝牙实现socket服务端。利用蓝牙通信技术将其传输至智能移动终端后,完成多个通道信号的采集参数的配置和信号的实时显示与保存。经过动物实验测试,系统在两点三光源及加速度传感器同步采集时工作正常,支持多用户同步检测和监控。
【Abstract】 Based on the data acquisition and analysis of multiple light sources and motion artifacts in the research of non-invasive blood glucose, blood pressure and blood flow velocity detection technology, a multichannel photoplethysmography acquisition and monitoring system is designed.The design of the system adopts FPGA(field programmable gate array) and HPS(hard processor system) to realize multichannel real-time data monitoring and eigenvalue extraction.The FPGA side controls the multichannel data conversion channel, and the HPS side implements the socket server through multi-threaded Bluetooth.After the Bluetooth communication technology is used to transmit it to the intelligent mobile terminal, it completes the configuration of multi-channel signal acquisition parameters and the real-time display and storage of signals.After the animal experiment, the system works normally when the two-point three light source and acceleration sensor collect synchronously, and supports multi-user synchronous detection and monitoring.
