【摘要】 目的观察滋阴补肾方联合西医常规治疗肾阴虚型慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)的临床疗效。方法将73例肾阴虚型CAA患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组36例予西医常规治疗,治疗组37例在对照组治疗基础上加用滋阴补肾方治疗。2组均治疗6个月后统计临床疗效和中医疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医症状(包括头晕、乏力、心悸、唇甲苍白、出血、盗汗、低热、手足心热、口渴思饮、大便干结)评分、T淋巴细胞亚群(包括CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+、CD4~+/CD8~+)水平、外周血象指标[包括白细胞计数(WBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板计数(PLT)、网织红细胞数(Ret)]水平变化情况。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率83.78%(31/37),中医疗效总有效率86.49%(32/37),对照组分别为61.11%(22/36)、63.89%(23/36),治疗组临床疗效和中医疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后中医症状头晕、乏力、心悸、唇甲苍白、出血、盗汗、低热、手足心热、口渴思饮、大便干结评分与本组治疗前比较均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后中医症状乏力、唇甲苍白、出血、盗汗、低热、手足心热、口渴思饮评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗后T淋巴细胞亚群CD3~+、CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+水平均升高(P<0.05),CD8~+水平均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后各指标改善均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血象指标Hb、WBC、PLT、Ret水平较本组治疗前均升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后各指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论滋阴补肾方联合西医常规治疗肾阴虚型CAA疗效确切,可明显改善患者中医症状,调节免疫功能,改善贫血症状,增强骨髓造血功能,提高治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ziyin Bushen Formula with Western medicine for chronic aplastic anemia(CAA)of kidney-yin deficiency.Methods Totally 73 patients with CAA(kidney-yin deficiency)were randomly divided into two groups,37 cases in treatment group were treated with Ziyin Bushen Formula with conventional Western medicine,and 36 cases in control group with conventional Western medicine only. Treated for 6 months,the aim was to compare traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome(dizziness,fatigue,palpitation,pale lips,bleeding,sweating,low-grade fever,feverish palms and soles,thirst for drink,and dry stool)scores,T-lymphocyte subsets(CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+,CD4~+/CD8~+)levels,periphery blood targets[white blood cell(WBC)count,hemoglobin(Hb),platelet(PLT)count,reticulocyte(Ret)count];the curative effect of clinical and TCM were counted.Results The total effective rates of curative effect of clinical and TCM in treatment group were better than those in control group[83. 78%(31/37)vs 61. 11%(22/36),86. 49%(32/37)vs63. 89%(23/36),(P< 0. 05),respectively].
