【摘要】 目的观察降糖精颗粒联合厄贝沙坦片治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)气阴两虚夹瘀证的疗效及对患者肾纤维化相关生长因子和肾功能的影响。方法将108例早期DN气阴两虚夹瘀证患者按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组54例(退出6例)予厄贝沙坦片口服,治疗组54例(退出2例)在对照组治疗基础上联合降糖精颗粒口服。2组均治疗8周。比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分,肾纤维化相关生长因子相关指标转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)、血小板衍化生长因子β(PDGF-β),肾功能指标尿微量白蛋白(UmAlb)、24 h尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN),并统计2组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率92.31%(48/52),对照组总有效率75.00%(36/48),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组中医证候各项评分及总分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组血清TGF-β1、CTGF、PDGF-β水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组UmAlb、UAER、Cr、BUN均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论降糖精颗粒联合厄贝沙坦片治疗有助于缓解早期DN气阴两虚夹瘀证临床症状,改善肾功能,提高临床疗效,可能与抑制肾纤维化相关生长因子等因素有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Jiangtangjing granules combined with irbesartan tablets for related growth factors of renal fibrosis in patients with early diabetic nephropathy(DN) of qi-yin deficiency with blood-stasis.Methods Totally 108 patients with early DN(qi-yin deficiency with blood-stasis) were randomly divided into 2 groups,54 cases(6 cases of withdrawal) in control group received oral irbesartan tablets,and 54 cases(2 cases of withdrawal) in treatment group received oral Jiangtangjing granules on the basis of control group.Treated for 8 weeks,aiming to compare traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score,transforming growth factor beta 1(TGF-β1),connective tissue growth factor(CTGF),platelet-derived growth factor β(PDGF-β),urinary microalbumin(UmAlb),24-h urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),serum creatinine(Cr),blood urine nitrogen(BUN);the curative effect was counted.Results The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 92.31%(48/52) and 75.00%(36/48),respectively,the curative effect being better in treatment group than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM symptom scores in groups were decreased(P <0.05),which decreased notably in treatment group when compared with control group(P<0.05);serum TGF-β1,CTGF,PDGF-β in groups remarkably decreased(P<0.05),improvement of which in treatment group were significantly better(P <0.05);UmAlb,UAER,Cr,BUN in groups were lower(P<0.05),which in treatment group were significantly decreased.Conclusion For patients with early DN(qi-yin deficiency with blood-stasis),Jiangtangjing granules combined with irbesartan tablets can help relieve clinical symptoms,improve renal function and clinical efficacy,which may be related to the inhibition of related growth factors of renal fibrosis.更多还原
