【摘要】 为了实现高校金融专业人才培养与社会需求紧密衔接,新金融类人才的培养成为当前高校金融专业的人才培养目标。金融科技创新及招生制度的改革使OBE教学理念在新金融类人才培养中亟需推进。以河北农业大学金融系为例,该系在金融学专业教师培养路径、人才培养方案修订、理论教学与实践教学等环节以OBE教学理念为导向进行了有益探索,但在推进过程中发现仍存在人才培养与社会需求脱节、培养目标达成度偏低及评价指标静态化等问题。针对OBE理念推进过程中存在的问题,提出建立基于OBE教学理念的专业师资建设机制、人才培养动态评价体系、多元化阶梯型课程教学效果评价标准及思政与课程融合的导向机制等,进一步提升OBE教学理念在新金融类人才培养中的贯彻应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to realize the close connection between the training of financial talents in universities and the social needs, the new financial talents has become the talent training goal of financial specialty in Colleges and universities.The innovation of financial science and technology and the reform of enrollment system make OBE teaching concept urgently need to be promoted in the training of new finan-cial talents..Take the Department of finance of Hebei Agricultural University as an example,The Department has made beneficial exploration guided by OBE teaching concept in the training path of teachers majoring in finance, revision of talent training plan, theoretical teaching and practical teaching. However, there are still some problems, such as the disconnection between talent training and social needs, low degree of achievement of training objectives and static evaluation indexes. In view of the problems existing in the promotion of OBE concept, this paper puts forward the establishment of professional teacher construction mechanism based on OBE teaching concept, talent training dynamic evaluation system, diversified ladder course teaching effect evaluation standard and guiding mechanism of Ideological and political integration, so as to further improve the implementation and use of OBE Teaching concept in the training of new financial talents.更多还原
