高校教师核心素养的构成要素及其养成策略

【摘要】 核心素养的提出,不仅为学生发展指明了方向和目标,更对教师的专业发展提出了挑战和转型的导向。高校教师的核心素养包括专业素养、教学学术素养、协作素养和道德素养等。基于持续专业发展的视角,提出高校教师核心素养的养成策略:实施自我导向学习,提高专业素养;加强教学知识和技能的培训,提高教学学术能力;加强经验交流与合作,促进教师协作素养的提升;注重师德培养,提升持续专业成长的意愿和热情。

【Abstract】 The proposal of core literacy not only points out the direction and goals for student development, but also challenges and transforms teachers’ professional development. The core literacy of college teachers includes professional literacy, teaching academic literacy, collaboration literacy and moral literacy. Based on the perspective of continuous professional development, this paper puts forward the cultivation strategies of college teachers’ core literacy:continuous learning for update knowledge constantly to improve professional literacy of teachers; the focus on the perfection of teaching knowledge and skills to improve academic teaching literacy of teachers; the strengthening of experience exchange and learning discussion to promote collaborative literacy of teachers; the focus on moral cultivation of teachers to enhance the willingness and enthusiasm of teachers for continuous professional growth.
