【Abstract】 The proposal of core literacy not only points out the direction and goals for student development, but also challenges and transforms teachers’ professional development. The core literacy of college teachers includes professional literacy, teaching academic literacy, collaboration literacy and moral literacy. Based on the perspective of continuous professional development, this paper puts forward the cultivation strategies of college teachers’ core literacy:continuous learning for update knowledge constantly to improve professional literacy of teachers; the focus on the perfection of teaching knowledge and skills to improve academic teaching literacy of teachers; the strengthening of experience exchange and learning discussion to promote collaborative literacy of teachers; the focus on moral cultivation of teachers to enhance the willingness and enthusiasm of teachers for continuous professional growth.更多还原
