【摘要】 目的探究院前低剂量川芎嗪对急性心力衰竭并发症预防的价值。方法选取2019年1月1日～12月30日急诊经常规院前急诊方案收治的急性心力衰竭患者35例为A组,2020年1月1日～12月1日急诊采用院前低剂量川芎嗪+常规急救方案收治的急性心力衰竭的38例患者为B组。观察2组患者基线资料、治疗前后心功能、血清炎性因子和不良事件发生情况。结果 2组患者治疗后CK-MB、cTnI、LVEF、NT-proBNP、hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-1β均降低,但B组优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中B组患者出现心律失常1例、低钾血症1例;A组患者出现慢性支气管炎1例、肺气肿1例、心律失常1例、肝肾功能损伤2例、低钾血症2例,均于对症治疗后恢复,2组患者均未见死亡。结论院前应用低剂量川芎嗪能够保护急性心力衰竭患者心功能,抑制患者血清炎性因子表达,预防并发症发生,安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the significance of prehospital application of low-dose ligustrazine injection in preventing complications of acute heart failure(AHF).Methods A total of 35 patients with AHF who were treated in our hospital from January 1,2019 to December 30,2019 were enrolled as group A,who were treated by routine prehospital emergency program, and the other 38 patients with AHF who were treated in our hospital from January 1,2020 to December 1,2020 were enrolled as group B,who were treated by prehospital low-dose ligustrazine+conventional emergency treatment program.The baseline data, heart function before and after treatment, serum inflammatory factors levels and the incidence of adverse events were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the levels of CK-MB,cTnI,LVEF,NT-proBNP,hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-1β in both groups were significantly decreased, however, which in group B were superior to those in group A(P<0.05).During treatment, there was 1 case of arrhythmia and 1 case of hypokalemia in group B,moreover, there was 1 case of chronic bronchitis, 1 case of emphysema, 1 case of arrhythmia, 2 cases of liver and kidney damage, and 2 cases of hypokalemia in group A.In addition no death cases were found in both groups.Conclusion The prehospital application of low-dose ligustrazine can protect the heart function of patients with AHF,which can inhibit the expressions of serum inflammatory factors, prevent the occurrence of complications, with safety and reliability.更多还原
