【摘要】 目的 探讨无缝隙护理在极低出生体重儿(VLBW)留置经外周静脉留置中心静脉导管(PICC)导管护理中的应用及对堵管、脱管发生的影响。方法 选取2016年2月至2019年12月确诊并治疗的100例VLBW,所有新生儿都在医院接受留置PICC导管；依据不同护理干预方式分为对照组和研究，每组50例。对照组常规护理，研究组无缝隙护理。比较2组发生相关PICC置管并发症(堵管、脱管及感染)差异，比较2组的相关导管使用情况指标(维护时间及留置时间水平)和2组家属的满意度情况。结果 研究组相关PICC置管并发症的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组导管留置时间长于对照组（ P <0.05）；研究组置管维护时间较对照组更短（P <0.05）。研究组家属满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 给予VLBW留置PICC导管期间应用无缝隙护理，可显著性的降低VLBW发生相关导管并发症的风险及比率，提高家属满意度，延长VLBW的PICC导管留置时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of seamless nursing in the nursing of very low birth weight infants(VLBW) with PICC,and to explore its effects on the occurrence of tube blockage and detubation.Methods One hundred neonates with VLBW who were treated in our hospital from February 2016 to December 2019 were enrolled in the study, who underwent indwelling PICC catheters in our hospital.According to different nursing methods, these neonates were divided into control group and research group, with 50 cases in each group.The neonates in control group were treated by conventional nursing, however, those in research group were treated by seamless nursing.The incidence rates of PICC catheterization related complications(tube blockage, detubation and infection), the related catheter usage indexes(maintenance time and indwelling time) as well as the satisfaction degree of family members were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rates of PICC catheterization related complications in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).And the catheter indwelling time in research group was significantly longer than that in control group ( P <0.05),and the catheter maintenance time in research group was significantly shorter than that in control group ( P <0.05). Moreover the satisfaction rate of family members in research group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of seamless nursing in the nursing of neonates with VLBW can significantly decrease the risk and incidence of related catheter complications, improve the satisfaction rate of family members, and prolong the indwelling time of PICC catheters.更多还原
