【摘要】 目的了解西安市某城区学龄前儿童超重、肥胖流行状况,为做好防治工作提供参考和依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样的方法,抽取西安市该区17家托幼机构2017年在园的3～6岁儿童为研究对象,于3～9月入园体检,对符合条件的6 595名儿童的资料进行分析。结果调查儿童超重率13.45%,肥胖率6.14%,主要为轻度肥胖,占肥胖儿童的66.42%;男童肥胖率高于女童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),随着年龄的增加,儿童肥胖的检出率有逐渐增大的趋势(P<0.01);民办幼儿园儿童超重率、肥胖率均大于公办幼儿园(P<0.01);超重肥胖比2.2,超过全国水平。结论西安市该区学龄前儿童超重、肥胖率偏高,应加强防治。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevalence status of overweight and obesity in preschool children in a certain district of Xi’an city, so as to provide reference and basis for further prevention and control.Methods A stratified random cluster sampling method was used, and the children with age range being 3～6 yr in 17 kindergartens in a district of Xi’an city in 2017 were selected as the research objects, who underwent physical examination in the kindergartens from March to September in 2017.The data of 6,595 eligible children were analyzed statistically.Results Of the children, the overweight rate was 13.45%,and obesity rate was 6.14%,mainly for mild obesity, accounting for 66.42%.The obesity rate in male chidren was significantly higher than that in female chidren(P<0.01).With the increase of childre’s age, the detection rate of obesity was significantly increased(P<0.01). Moreover the overweight rate and obesity rate in private kindergartens were significantly higher than those in public kindergartens(P<0.01).In addition the overweight and obesity ratio was 2.2,which was more than the national level.Conclusion The overweight and obesity rate of preschool children in the district of Xi’an city is relatively higher, it is necessary to strengthen prevention and treatment.更多还原
