【摘要】 目的通过对BI-RADS分级<4类乳腺增生结节患者给予护理干预,经过心理疏导、专业宣教等护理干预措施,分析患者护理干预前后焦虑量和抑郁量评分,评估心理疏导、专业宣教等护理干预措施对BI-RADS分级<4类乳腺增生结节患者生活质量的影响。方法筛选2020年2～5月既往在石家庄市第四医院进行普查发现的BI-RADS分级<4类乳腺增生结节患者166例,分为观察组和对照组,每组83例。对观察组入组对象进行心理疏导、专业宣教等护理干预措施,给予焦虑量和抑郁量评分分析,在定期复查过程中进行评分分析比较;评分采用网上自愿问卷调查,进行统计学分析。结果观察组与对照组焦虑量和抑郁量评分分析比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理干预前后焦虑量和抑郁量评分分析比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组焦虑量和抑郁量评分升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耐心心理疏导和专业宣教能更科学的提高女性对乳腺增生结节认知度,可以大大降低女性焦虑量和抑郁量评分,在定期复查过程中,积极对这些患者进行相关护理干预,会明显提升她们的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on the quality of life in patients with BI RADS classification < type 4 breast hyperplasia nodules in the novel coronavirus epidemic situation.Methods A total of 166 patients with BI RADS classification < type 4 breast hyperplasia nodules screened from February 2020 to May 2020, were divided into observation group(n=83) and control group(n=83). The patients in observation group were given nursing intervention such as psychological counseling and education. Questionnaire on line was used to score the anxiety and depression. And the scores before and after intervention were analyzed and compared.Results There were significant differences in the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups(P<0.05). There were significant differences in the scores of anxiety and depression in observation group before and after intervention(P<0.05). And the scores of anxiety and depression in control group were significantly increased with the extension of the epidemic situation duration(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological counseling and education can improve the cognition toward mammary gland hyperplasia nodule, reduce greatly the scores of anxiety and depression so as to significantly improve the quality of life of the women.更多还原
