乳腺癌血清TPS、CA153、VEGF水平及意义
Detection of the serum levels of TPS,CA153 and VEGF in patients with breast cancer and its clinical significance
【摘要】 目的探讨乳腺癌患者血清中特异性组织多肽抗原(TPS)、糖类抗原153(CA153)和血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)水平及在乳腺癌的临床意义。方法酶联免疫法检测43例乳腺癌患者和43例健康体检者血清中TPS、CA153、VEGF水平,并分析TPS、CA153、VEGF与乳腺癌患者临床病理参数之间的关系。结果乳腺癌患者血清中TPS、CA153、VEGF水平明显高于健康体检者(P<0.05)。TPS、CA153、VEGF三者联合检测的敏感性为分别为96.8%,特异性为91.7%,阳性预测值为98.7%,阴性预测值为84.5%,均高于任一单项检测和两两联合检测(P<0.05)。复发乳腺癌患者血清TPS、CA153、VEGF水平显著高于未复发患者(P<0.05)。血清TPS水平与CA153、VEGF呈正相关(r=0.626,r=0.472,P<0.05)。结论血清TPS、CA153、VEGF联合检测有助于提高乳腺癌诊断的灵敏度和特异度,对乳腺癌早期筛查和诊断具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the serum specific tissue polypeptide antigen(TPS),carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153) and vascular endothelial cell growth factor(VEGF) levels in patients with breast cancer, and to explore their clinical significance in breast cancer.Methods The serum levels of TPS,CA153 and VEGF in 43 patients with breast cancer and 43 healthy physical examinees were detected by ELISA,and the relationship between TPS,CA153,VEGF and clinicopathological parameters of patients with breast cancer was analyzed.Results The serum levels of TPS,CA153 and VEGF in patients with breast cancer were significantly higher than those in healthy physical examinees(P<0.05).The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of combined detection of TPS,CA153,and VEGF were 96.8%,91.7%,98.7%,and 84.5%,respectively, which were significantly higher than those of any single detection and combined detection of any two indexes(P<0.05).The serum levels of TPS,CA153,and VEGF in patients with recurrent breast cancer were significantly higher than those without recurrence(P<0.05).The serum levels of TPS were positively correlated with those of CA153 and VEGF(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of serum TPS,CA153,and VEGF is helpful to improve the sensitivity and specificity of breast cancer diagnosis, which is of great significance for early screening and diagnosis of breast cancer.
