【摘要】 目的探讨针灸疗法用于合并睡眠障碍及认知功能损害的酒精依赖患者的效果观察。方法选择2017年1月至2020年1月收治的酒精依赖综合征合并睡眠障碍和认知障碍的患者240例作为研究对象,随机分为2组。对照组给予纳曲酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上开展针灸治疗,对比2组患者临床治疗效果、睡眠质量、认知功能损害情况、生活质量以及不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率为89.17%显著高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。2组患者睡眠质量评分均明显下降,观察组ESQI评分显著低于对照组,ESS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。认知功能方面,观察组LOTCA评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。生活质量方面,SF-36各维度得分均得到明显提升,观察组在生理机能、生理职能、一般健康状况、精力、精神健康方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。TESS评分量表测定,2组患者治疗前后不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针灸疗法应用于合并睡眠障碍及认知功能损害的酒精依赖患者后,临床疗效显著,睡眠质量和认知功能得到明显改善,安全性高,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of acupuncture therapy in treatment of sleep disorders and cognitive impairment of patients with alcohol dependence syndrome.Methods A total of 240 patients with alcohol dependence syndrome combined with sleep disturbance and cognitive impairment who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were enrolled in the study, who were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The patients in control group were treated by naltrexone, however, the patients in observation group, on the basis of control group, were treated by acupuncture therapy.The clinical curative effects, sleep quality, cognitive function impairment, life quality and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 89.17%,which was significantly higher than that(73.33%) in control group(P<0.05).The sleep quality scores in both groups were decreased significantly.The ESQI scores and ESS scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).However the LOTCA scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).In addition the life uality and SF-36 scores in all dimensions were significantly improved, moreover, the physiological function, physiological function, general health status, energy, and mental health in observation group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).The determination of TESS score scale showed that there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture and moxibustion therapy has obvious curative effects on sleep disorders and cognitive impairment of patients with alcohol dependence syndrome, which can improve the sleep quality and cognitive function, with better safety, therefor, which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.更多还原
