【摘要】 目的分析早期规范化康复训练对ICU获得性肌无力（ICU-AW）患者免疫功能及肌力恢复的影响。方法选择ICU 2018年12月至2019年12月收治的100例ICU-AW患者,以双盲随机抽样法分组（每组样本容量50例）。参照组采用传统护理,试验组采用早期规范化康复训练。比较2组肌力评分、MBI评分、免疫功能指标、ICU住院时间、机械通气时间、总住院时间、并发症发生情况。结果试验组肌力评分、MBI评分、CD⁺₄、CD⁺₈、CD⁺₄/CD⁺₈均高于参照组,试验组ICU住院时间、机械通气时间、总住院时间均短于参照组,试验组并发症发生率为4.00%低于参照组的22.00%,差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论早期规范化康复训练可有效改善ICU-AW患者肌力及免疫功能,缩短治疗时间,降低并发症发生率,值得借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the Effects of early standardized rehabilitation training on the immune function and muscle strength recovery in patients with ICU-acquired muscle weakness（ICU-AW）.Methods One hundred patients with ICU-AW who were admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 enrolled in the study, who were divided into control group（n=50） and experimental group（n=50） according to double-blind random sampling method.The patients in control group were treated by traditional nursing, however, the patients in experimental group were treated by early standardized rehabilitation training.The muscle strength scores, MBI scores, immune function indicators, ICU hospitalization time, mechanical ventilation time, total hospitalization time, and the incidence of complication were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention, the muscle strength scores, MBI scores, and the levels of CD⁺₄,CD⁺₈,CD⁺₄/CD⁺₈ in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group.The ICU hospitalization time, mechanical ventilation time, and total hospitalization time in experimental group were significantly shorter than those in control group.Moreover the incidence rate of complications in experimental group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than that（22.00%） in control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion The arly standardized rehabilitation training can effectively improve the muscle strength and immune function of patients with ICU-AW,shorten the treatment time, and decrease the incidence of complications, therfor, it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.更多还原
