【摘要】 目的研究炎性因子[白介素-1(IL-1)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-18(IL-18)、血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C-反应蛋白(CRP)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)]与急性脑梗死后患者抑郁(PSD)的相关性。方法选择2016年1月至2019年6月神经内科治疗的急性脑梗死患者220例,患者中68例患者伴发抑郁症状(PSD组),152例未表现抑郁(非PSD组);检测患者的血清IL-1、IL-6、IL-18、Hcy、CRP和TNF-α的水平,对患者用汉密尔顿抑郁量表进行抑郁相关症状的评分评估。结果 PSD组患者血清IL-1、IL-6、IL-18、Hcy、CRP和TNF-α的水平明显高于非PSD组患者(P<0.05);患者抑郁程度与IL-1、IL-6、IL-18、Hcy、CRP和TNF-α的水平呈正相关(rs=0.603、0.504和0.567,P<0.05)。结论炎性因子[血清IL-1、IL-6、IL-18、Hcy、CRP和TNF-α]与脑梗死后抑郁(PSD)存在密切的相关性,可能是急性脑梗死后抑郁发生的危险因素,应当引起临床医生的重视并进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between the inflammatory factors including interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6(IL-6), interleukin-18(IL-18), Hcy, CRP,TNF-α and the depression(PSD) in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 220 patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2019 were enrolled in the study, of whom, there were 68 patients with depression(PSD group, and 152 patients without depression(non-PSD group).The serum levels of IL-1,IL-6,IL-18,Hcy, CRP and TNF-α were detected.moreover the related symptoms with depression were estimated by using Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-24).Results The serum levels of IL-1,IL-6,IL-18,Hcy, CRP and TNF-α in PSD group were significantly higher than those in non-PSD group(P<0.05). Moreover the depression degree of patients was positively correlated with the serum levels of IL-1,IL-6,IL-18,Hcy, CRP and TNF-α(P<0.05). Conclusion The inflammatory factors including IL-1,IL-6,IL-18,Hcy, CRP and TNF-α are related to PSD,which might be the risk factor of incidence of PSD,therefor, it should be paid much attention to for clinicians.更多还原
