【摘要】 目的探讨脑卒中患者康复自我效能的影响因素。方法选取120名脑卒中患者,采用一般调查问卷和脑卒中患者康复自我效能量表的方法对选取的脑卒中患者进行测试评估。结果通过对脑卒中患者的调查分析,发现脑卒中患者平均年龄为(49.87±6.89)岁,康复自我效能总分为(61.37±8.99)分,得分率为56.89%。通过对脑卒中患者康复自我效能相关因素分析发现,医疗费用支付方式、职业、卒中类型、巴氏指数等差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),影响因素的多元回归线性分析显示出医疗费用支付方式、职业、BI指数、中间型性格、脑出血5个因素差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于脑卒中患者我们要寻找能提高他们康复自我效能的方法和策略,旨在提高他们的康复能力,使他们能够更好的生活。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influencing factors on the rehabilitation self-efficacy in patients with cerebral stroke.Methods A total of 120 patients with cerebral stroke who were treated in our hospital were enrolled in the study.The general questionnaire and the rehabilitation self-efficacy energy table were used to evaluate the related indxes.Results The average age of patients with cerebral stroke was(49.87±6.89) years, and the total scores of rehabilitation self-efficacy were(61.37±8.99) points, and the score rate was 56.89%.The analysis of factors related to the rehabilitation self-efficacy showed that the medical expenses payment mode, occupation, stroke type, Barthel index had statistical significance(P<0.05),and multiple regression linear analysis showed that the five factors including payment mode of medical expenses, occupation, BI index, intermediate personality and cerebral hemorrhage had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion It is necessary to find better ways and strategies to improve the self-efficacy of patients with cerebral stroke, so as to improve the rehabilitation ability and improve the life quality of patients.更多还原
