封闭循环水系统中养殖密度对黄姑鱼代谢和血清免疫的影响
Effects of stocking density on metabolism and serum immunity of yellow drum (Nibea albiflora) in closed recirculating aquaculture system
【摘要】 在封闭循环水养殖系统中,选取平均体质量(416.1±0.73)g的黄姑鱼(Nibea albiflora),设置3个养殖密度组,分别为低密度组D1(12.0 kg/m3±0.03 kg/m3)、中密度组D2(15.0 kg/m3±0.02 kg/m3)和高密度组D3(18.0 kg/m3±0.03 kg/m3),研究养殖密度对黄姑鱼代谢和血清免疫的影响。结果表明:各养殖密度组黄姑鱼成活率、特定生长率(SGR)和饲料系数(FCR)分别差异不显著(P>0.05),其中D1组的成活率、特定生长率和饲料系数略优于D2、D3组;谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性在各养殖密度组之间差异不显著(P>0.05),但随着养殖密度增加而略有增大;溶菌酶(LZM)、免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)和补体C3等血清免疫指标稍有变化,但均没有显著性差异(P>0.05),D2、D3较高养殖密度组的补体C4与D1低密度组差异显著(P<0.05)。本研究表明,试验设置的养殖密度不会引起黄姑鱼血清代谢酶和免疫指标显著差异,不会出现密度胁迫。
【Abstract】 To understand how stocking density affects the metabolism and serum immunity of yellow drum(Nibea albiflora) in a closed recirculating aquaculture system(CRAS), yellow drum with the average body weight(416.1 ± 0.73)g were selected and stocked in three different stocking densities as 12.0±0.03(D1), 15.0±0.02(D2) and 18.0±0.03 kg/m3(D3). The results showed that there were no significant differences(P>0.05) in survival rate, specific growth rate(SGR) and feed coversion ratio(FCR) among the groups.The survival rate, specific growth rate and feed coversion ratio of group D1 were slightly better than those of group D2 and D3; The activities of aspartate transaminase(AST), alanine transaminase(ALT) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) had no significant difference among groups(P>0.05),but increased slightly with the increase of stocking density.The serum immunity indexes, including lysozyme(LZM), immunoglobulin M(IgM) and complement C3 of the three groups showed a little change(P>0.05), but complement C4 in high density groups D2 and D3 was significantly different from low density group D1(P<0.05).In conclusion, stocking density showed little effects in serum metabolic enzymes and immune indexes of yellow drum, in other words, there was no density stress occurred with stocking density increased in the experiment.
