【摘要】 共享民宿作为近年来蓬勃发展的新兴旅游业态,逐渐成为新经济发展的重要组成部分,引起社会各界热烈讨论。通过系统梳理共享民宿缘起及其特性,分析国内共享民宿发展现状,发现虽然国内共享民宿呈现出良好发展态势,但仍不可避免地存在经营不善、屡被投诉的现象,社区矛盾日益凸显、监管落后,甚至参与各方价值共毁等问题突出。因此,要通过加强共享民宿治理体系建设,健全完善法律制度,发挥多元主体作用等措施,提升平台社会责任,推进共享民宿合规化发展,构建协同治理体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an emerging tourism industry that has been booming in recent years,the P2P Accommodation has gradually become an important part of the development of the new economy,causing heated discussions from all walks of life. Firstly,the paper systematically sorts out the origins and characteristics of P2P Accommodations. Secondly,the article analyzes the development status of domestic P2P Accommodations. We find that although domestic P2P Accommodations are showing a good development trend,it is inevitable that there will be mismanagement,repeated complaints,community conflicts increasingly prominent,and backward supervision. There are even outstanding problems such as the total destruction of the values of all parties involved. Therefore,by strengthening the construction of the governance system of P2P Accommodations,perfecting the legal system,and playing the role of multiple subjects,enhance the social responsibility of the platform,promote the compliance development of P2P Accommodations,and build a collaborative governance system.更多还原
