【摘要】 野生鸟类是禽流感病毒的天然宿主,对禽流感的传播起到重要作用。为了解湖北省湿地野鸟携带禽流感的情况,于2016—2017年对湿地野鸟进行了监测,对采集的野鸟粪便进行了病毒分离和鉴定。结果表明,野鸟禽流感阳性率呈上升趋势,主要亚型为H9N2、H6N1、H6N2等,提示应该加强监测力度,采取相应的预防措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Wild birds are the natural hosts of avian influenza viruses and play an important role in the spread of avian influenza. In order to understand the avian influenza virus carried by wild birds in the wetlands of Hubei province,the wild birds in the wetlands were investigated from 2016 to 2017,and the collected wild bird feces were isolated and identified. The results showed that the positive rate of avian influenza virus carried by wild birds is on the rise. The main subtypes are H9 N2,H6 N1,H6 N2,etc.,suggesting that monitoring should be strengthened and corresponding preventive measures should be taken.更多还原
