【Abstract】 As the core technology leading the future value network ecology, blockchain is promoting the transformation of the Internet of Information to the Internet of Value. Under the background of the country where the blockchain is developing, the underlying infrastructure of the blockchain with independent and controllable capabilities is particularly important and will become the cornerstone of the development of the blockchain.
