一种变量双控制有机肥撒施机的研制
Development of a Variable Double Control Organic Fertilizer Spreader
【摘要】 为了有效解决目前有机肥撒肥机存在的结构简单、撒播不均匀、播量无法精确控制、对有机肥原料形状体积要求较高等问题,通过对有机肥原料形状体积以及有机肥排肥方式与作业区域和有机肥撒播量控制方式关系的研究,对有机肥施用系统与部件、施肥装置结构和播量控制系统等反复优化改进,研制了一种以拖拉机为配套动力并配合液压泵站作为辅助动力源的双搅龙有机肥撒施平台。并利用3种形状(粉末、颗粒、块状)的有机肥对其排肥效果进行了验证,结果表明,该平台能实现精准施肥、实时施肥,节肥效果显著。
【Abstract】 In order to effectively solve the problems existing in the organic fertilizer spreader,such as simple structure,non-uniform spreading,inexact control of seeding amount and higher requirement for the shape and volume of organic fertilizer raw materials, the shape and volume of organic fertilizer raw materials was studied, as well as the relationship between stacking method and working area and control mode of organic fertilizer spreading amount, and the organic fertilizer application system and its parts, structure of fertilizer device and spreading amount control system were optimized repeatedly. A double agitator organic fertilizer spreading platform was developed, which used tractor as auxiliary power and hydraulic pump station as auxiliary power source. The stacking effect was tested with powder,granular and lump fertilizers. The results showed that the platform could realize precision fertilization and real-time fertilization,and the fertilizer saving effect is remarkable.
