【Abstract】 Road engineering economy and management is a compulsory course for the major of road bridge and river crossing engineering in Hebei University of Technology. The ideological and political construction of the course is an important way to establishing morality and cultivating students. Based on the concept of new engineering construction, combined with the characteristics and advantages of the road engineering economy and management courses, dig deeper into the ideological and political elements, and through the revision of the curriculum objectives, design the teaching content containing the ideological and political elements, innovate the curriculum teaching model, and reform the teaching evaluation.
