冀东1、2号构造泥岩特征分析及钻井液体系优选
Analysis of Mudstone Characteristics and Optimization of Drilling Fluid System of No.1 and No.2 Structure in Jidong Oilfield
【摘要】 针对冀东1、2号构造井壁失稳问题,室内分析了其泥岩特征及失稳机理,并对现场使用的3种钻井液体系的综合性能进行了比较。结果表明,冀东1、2号构造东营组泥岩粘土矿物含量高、纳米孔喉和微孔缝发育,是导致井壁失稳的关键因素;现场使用的3种钻井液体系均具有良好的流变性能、滤失性能、储层保护性能,从封堵承压性能和泥岩稳定性能来看,反渗透钻井液体系减少液相侵入的能力更强、岩心单轴抗压强度降幅最小,更适于冀东1、2号构造地层的勘探开发。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the wellbore instability of No.1 and No.2 structure in Jidong Oilfield, we analyzed the mudstone characteristics and instability mechanism in laboratory, and compared the comprehensive performance of three drilling fluid systems used in the field.The results show that the high content of clay minerals and the development of nanopore throat and micropore fracture in the Dongying Formation mudstone are the key factors leading to wellbore instability.The three drilling fluid systems used in the field all have good rheological performance, filtration performance, and reservoir protection performance.In terms of sealing and pressure-bearing performance and mudstone stability, the reverse osmosis drilling fluid system has stronger ability to reduce liquid phase invasion, and the decrement in the core uniaxial compressive strength is the least, which is more suitable for the exploration and development of No.1 and No.2 structure in Jidong Oilfield.
