两种鳞翅目螟蛾科昆虫性信息素组分的合成

【摘要】 以天然产物中含有的大量组分油酸为初始原料合成了2种鳞翅目螟蛾科昆虫性信息素组分顺-9-十八碳烯-1-醇乙酸酯与顺-9-十八碳烯醛,并通过NMR、IR对中间体和目标化合物的结构进行了表征。结果表明,油酸经四氢铝锂还原后,再经乙酸酐酯化得到的顺-9-十八碳烯-1-醇乙酸酯和经氯铬酸吡啶■盐(PCC)氧化得到的顺-9-十八碳烯醛的总收率分别为88.0%和66.0%。该合成方法原料廉价易得、合成路线短、收率高,解决了PCC氧化反应中Cr3+残留问题,实现了2种昆虫性信息素的简便合成,具有较高的可行性。

【Abstract】 We synthesized two kinds of insect sex pheromone components in Lepidoptera:Pyralidae,cis-9-octadecene-1-ol acetate and cis-9-octadecenal,from oleic acid,which is contained in a large number of components in natural products.Moreover,we characterized the structures of intermediates and target compounds by NMR and IR.The results show that the total yield of cis-9-octadecene-1-ol acetate obtained by the esterification of acetic anhydride after LiAlH4 reduction of oleic acid is 88.0%,and the total yield of cis-9-octadecenal obtained by pyridinium chlorochromate(PCC)oxidation after LiAlH4 reduction of oleic acid is 66.0%.This synthetic method has the advantages of cheap raw materials,short synthetic route,and high yield.Meanwhile,the method can be adopted to solve the problem of residual Cr3+ in PCC oxidation reaction,thus the simple synthesis of two kinds of insect sex pheromones can be realized,which has high feasibility.
