中医综合疗法治疗前列腺癌骨转移疼痛系统综述和meta分析

【摘要】 目的综合评价中西医结合治疗前列腺癌骨转移疼痛的临床效果。方法检索2010年1月—2019年12月在PubMed、Embase、中国期刊全文数据库、中国科技期刊全文数据库、万方数据库发表的关于中西医结合治疗前列腺癌骨转移疼痛的文献,并采用系统评价和meta分析方法进行分析。结果本研究最终纳入8项研究,共504例前列腺癌骨转移患者。meta分析结果显示,中西医结合治疗在疼痛控制效果(合并RR=0.16,95%CI:0.08,0.24)、生活质量改善(合并WMD=8.15,95%CI:5.19,11.11)方面均优于单纯西药治疗(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗前列腺癌骨转移疼痛的效果优于单纯西药治疗。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of pain caused by prostate cancer bone metastasis. Methods PubMed, EMBASE, EBMR, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang databases were searched for the literature on the treatment of pain caused by bone metastasis in prostate cancer by the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine from January 2010 to December 2019, and the systematic evaluation and meta-analysis were used for analysis. Results Atotal of 504 prostate cancer patients with bone metastasis in 8 studies were included. The results of meta-analysis showed that the clinical effect of pain control(RR=0.16, 95%CI: 0.08,0.24) and the improvement of quality of life(WMD=8.15, 95%CI: 5.19,11.11) by the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine were better than those by Western medicine alone(P<0.01). Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is superior to Western medicine alone in the treatment of pain caused by bone metastasis in prostate cancer.
