【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠期高血压患者凝血功能、炎性因子及血脂水平变化及临床意义。方法选择2017年12月—2019年6月收治的妊娠期高血压87例作为研究组,选择同期正常产检的孕妇90例作为对照组。检测2组凝血功能指标[凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(Fib)、活化凝血酶原时间(APTT)]、炎性因子[白介素-2(IL-2)、IL-10和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]、血脂[高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和总胆固醇(TC)]水平。结果研究组PT、TT、APTT、IL-10、HDL-C低于对照组,Fib、IL-2、TNF-α、TG、LDL-C、TC高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论妊娠期高血压患者体内存在着较明显的凝血功能、炎性因子和血脂水平的异常,对其在妊娠期高血压发病中的具体作用机制研究有利于该病的早期干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of coagulation function, inflammatory factors and blood lipid levels in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH) and their clinical significance. Methods From December 2017 through June 2019, 87 pregnant women with PIH that were treated were enrolled as research group, and 90 healthy pregnant women undergoing normal labor examination in our hospital during the same period were enrolled as the control group. The coagulation indexes [prothrombin time(PT), thrombin time(TT), fibrinogen(Fib), activated prothrombin time(APTT)] and inflammatory factors [interleukin-2(IL-2), IL-10 and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)], levels of blood lipids [high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), triglycerides(TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and total cholesterol(TC)] were detected in both groups. Results PT, TT, APTT, IL-10 and HDL-C in the research group were lower than those in the control group, while Fib, IL-2, TNF-α, TG, LDL-C and TC were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion There are obvious abnormalities of coagulation function, inflammatory factors and blood lipid level in patients with PIH. The study on the specific mechanism of action in the pathogenesis of PIH is conducive to the early intervention of the disease.更多还原
