【Abstract】 Hot-melt extrusion is a promising pharmaceutical technology in the pharmaceutical industry.It has the advantages of simple process and high production efficiency.In particular, the characteristics of improving the dissolution and bioavailability of poorly soluble drugs have attracted more and more attention from pharmaceutical researchers.Hot-melt extrusion can also be used in the continuous pharmaceutical manufacturing of solid preparations.The application of process analysis technologies in process control and in-line spectroscopy technology for real-time monitoring can help accelerate the optimization and development of poorly soluble drug prescriptions, while ensuring the stability of continuous manufacturing, and promoting the commercial application of hot-melt extrusion in the pharmaceutical industry.更多还原
