过程分析技术在热熔挤出中的应用
Application of Process Analysis Technologies in Hot-melt Extrusion
【摘要】 热熔挤出在制药行业是一项有前景的制药技术,具有工艺简单、生产效率高等优点,尤其提高难溶性药物溶出度和生物利用度的特性,受到制药业研究者越来越多的关注。热熔挤出还可用于固体制剂的连续生产,在过程控制方面应用过程分析技术,利用在线光谱技术进行实时监控,有助于加快难溶性药物处方的优化和开发,保证连续生产的稳定,推动热熔挤出在制药领域的商业化应用。
【Abstract】 Hot-melt extrusion is a promising pharmaceutical technology in the pharmaceutical industry.It has the advantages of simple process and high production efficiency.In particular, the characteristics of improving the dissolution and bioavailability of poorly soluble drugs have attracted more and more attention from pharmaceutical researchers.Hot-melt extrusion can also be used in the continuous pharmaceutical manufacturing of solid preparations.The application of process analysis technologies in process control and in-line spectroscopy technology for real-time monitoring can help accelerate the optimization and development of poorly soluble drug prescriptions, while ensuring the stability of continuous manufacturing, and promoting the commercial application of hot-melt extrusion in the pharmaceutical industry.
