【摘要】 目的通过对闽南地区医疗机构、闽南民间、药品供应企业等机构对栀子根的临床应用调研,为临床合理应用栀子根提供理论依据。方法对闽南地区医疗机构以及民间医药学家应用栀子根经验,以栀子根临床应用、用药部位以及栀子根药材资源为核心设计电子、纸质问卷调研表并统计,对比分析,探究栀子根临床应用。结果本次调研中,大部分临床医生对栀子根临床用药剂量集中在5～30 g,占比72.4%,对栀子根临床疗效满意及以上的占总调研数的51.2%;大部分民间医药学家对栀子根临床用药剂量集中在5～20 g,占比78.0%,对栀子根临床疗效满意及以上的占总调研数的80.0%;此外,超过50%的医疗工作者均认为栀子根可用于治疗急慢性肝炎(61.7%)及黄疸(64%);闽南地区医药公司的栀子根年供应出货量1400 kg以上。结论闽南地区各医疗机构及闽南民间应用栀子根临床经验丰富,疗效显著,畲族民间尚有栀子根药膳食疗治疗方流传,尚待进一步深入调研分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE Through the investigation on the clinical application of gardenia root in medical institutions, folk people and pharmaceutical supply enterprises in Southern Fujian, the theoretical basis was provided for the rational clinical application of gardenia root.METHODS Based on the experience of application of gardenia root in medical institutions and folk pharmacists in southern Fujian, electronic and paper questionnaires were designed and statistically analyzed with gardenia root clinical application, drug sites and medicinal resources as the core, to explore the clinical application of gardenia root.RESULTS In the study, most clinicians focused on the clinical dosage of gardenia root was 5 g-30 g(72.4%),and those with satisfactory clinical efficacy was 51.2%.Most of the folk pharmacists concentrated the clinical dosage of gardenia root in 5 g-20 g(78.0%),and 80.0% of the respondents were satisfied with the clinical efficacy of gardenia root or above.In addition, gardenia root was considered useful for acute and chronic hepatitis(61.7%) and jaundice(64.0%);The annual supply of Gardenia root from Minnan Region Pharmaceutical Company is over 1400 kg.CONCLUSION Various medical institutions and folk in Southern Fujian have rich clinical experience in applying Gardenia root, and the curative effect is significant.There are still prescription of gardenia root medicated diet therapy among folk of she nationality, which still needs further investigation and analysis.更多还原
