利用活性炭从阿魏酶解液中分离阿魏酸和低聚糖
Separation of Ferulic acid and Oligosaccharide from Enzymatic Hydrolysate by Powdered Activated Carbon
【摘要】 本文研究了以粉末活性炭为唯一分离介质,从阿魏酶解液分离纯化低聚糖和阿魏酸。结果表明:酶解液通过粉末活性炭吸附层析,依次经过0~10%、10%~20%、20%~30%的乙醇梯度洗脱,再采用无水乙醇及2%NaOH恒定洗脱,分离得到阿魏酸,酶解液中不同聚合度的低聚木糖也得到初步分离。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a new process of separating and purifying oligosaccharide and ferulic acid from enzymatic hydrolysate with powdered activated carbon as the only separation carrier was studied.The results showed that purified ferulic acid could be separated by gradient elution with 0-10%,10-20%,20-30% ethanol and isocratic elution with 2%NaOH solution, and xylooligosaccharides with different polymerization degrees could be separated preliminarily.
