【摘要】 目的加强门诊及病区麻醉药品规范化管理,确保患者合理、安全、有效使用麻醉药品。方法运用失效模式与效应分析法(FMEA)对门诊及病区麻醉药品质量管理检查项目和失效模式进行分析,发现麻醉药品使用与管理中潜在风险,制订整改措施并实施,以防止失效模式再次发生。结果 FMEA模式实施6个月后,影响麻醉药品质量管理的失效模式RPN值下降64.81%(P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。结论采用FMEA法对麻醉药品质量管理各个环节进行风险防范管理,使麻醉药品日常调剂工作准确高效,提高其使用过程中的质量管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE Strengthen standardized management of narcotic drugs in outpatient and ward areas to ensure that patients use narcotic drugs reasonably, safely, and effectively.METHODS The healthcare failure mode and effect analysis(HFMEA) method was used to analyze the failure mode of workflow and assess their risks in quality management of narcotic drugs in outpatient and ward areas, the reasonable control scheme was proposed and carried out in order to prevent the recurrence offailure modes.RESULTS After the application of healthcare failure mode and effect analysis, RPN was statistically significantly(P<0.05)reduced by 64.81% after 6 months.CONCLUSION The application of HFMEA in narcotic drugs quality management can reduce the incidence of medication risk and improve the quality control of narcotic drugs using in outpatient and ward areas.更多还原
