【摘要】 目的统计分析我院静脉药物集中调配中心抗肿瘤药物的用药情况,分析不合理医嘱,提高药师审方能力,促进临床安全合理用药。方法收集我院来自妇科肿瘤放化疗科自2018年12月～2019年11月抗肿瘤用药医嘱21319份,对其中不合理医嘱进行回顾性总结分析。结果收集来自妇科肿瘤放化疗科抗肿瘤药物不合理医嘱共243份,占比1.14%;成功干预209份,干预成功率达86.01%。不合理医嘱类型主要有溶媒选择不合理,溶媒用量不合理,用法用量不合理,发药数量不合理等。结论药师干预可提高抗肿瘤药物的安全合理用药,减少不合理医嘱,提高患者用药的安全性、有效性及合理性。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To statistically analyze the use of anti-tumor drugs in the PIVAS of our hospital, we analyze the unreasonable doctor’s advice, improve the pharmacists′ ability to review prescription, and promote the safe and rational use of drugs.METHODS 21,319 prescriptions for anti-tumor drugs were collected from the department of gynecological tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy in our hospital from December 2018 to November 2019,and the unreasonable prescriptions were retrospectively summarized and analyzed.RESULTS A total of 243 prescriptions for anti-tumor drugs, accounting for 1.14%,were collected from the department of gynecological tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The pharmacist successfully interfered with 209 prescriptions and the success rate of intervention reached 86.01%.Unreasonable doctor′s advice mainly included the improper choice of solvent, the unreasonable dosage of solvent, the unreasonable usage and dosage, the unreasonable quantity and so on.CONCLUSION Pharmacist intervention can improve the safety and rational use of anti-tumor drugs, reduce unreasonable doctor′s advice, and improve the safety, effectiveness and rationality of drug use for patients.更多还原
