超重及肥胖成人内脏脂肪指数与代谢指标的相关性

【摘要】 目的探讨超重及肥胖人群的内脏脂肪指数(VFI)与各代谢指标的相关性及其临床意义。方法回顾性分析皓千减肥训练营2019年10月至2020年9月成人班101例超重及肥胖人群的临床体检资料,其中女性40例,男性61例。采用Pearson相关性分析男性与女性的VFI与体脂指标[如身体质量指数(BMI)、脂肪量(FM)、体脂率(BFP)、腰臀比(WHR)]、血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、非高密度脂蛋白(non-LDL-C)]、冠心病风险指标[如动脉硬化指数(AI)、总胆固醇比高密度脂蛋白(TC/HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白比高密度脂蛋白(LDL-C/HDL-C)、血浆致动脉硬化指数(AIP)、血脂综合指数(LCI)]和肾功能指标[如尿酸(UA)、肌酐(Cr)、尿素(Ur)]等临床代谢指标的相关性。结果女性人群的VFI与BMI、FM、BFP、WHR、LDL-C/HDL-C、AIP等指标均呈正相关(P<0.01),男性人群的VFI与BMI、FM、BFP、WHR、LDL-C/HDL-C、AIP、UA等指标均呈正相关(P<0.01&P<0.05),与其他各项代谢指标均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论在超重及肥胖人群中,LDL-C/HDL-C、AIP是冠心病的独立危险因素,且男性群体的VFI与UA水平密切相关,这为早期防控相关慢性疾病提供了一定的临床依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between visceral fat index(VFI) and metabolic indexes and its clinical significance in overweight and obese population. Methods Physical examination data of 101 overweight and obese adults in Hao Qian Weight Loss Training Camp from October 2019 to September 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, including 40 females and 61 males. VFI and metabolic indexes were analyzed by Pearson correlation respectively: including body fat indexes(such as body mass index [BMI], fat mass [FM], body fat percentage [BFP] and waist-to-hip ratio [WHR]); blood lipid indicators(such as total cholesterol [TC], triglyceride [TG], high density lipoprotein cholesterol [HDL-C], low density lipoprotein cholesterol [LDL-C], non-high density lipoprotein [non-LDL-C]); coronary heart disease risk indicators(such as arteriosclerosis index [AI], total cholesterol to high-density lipoprotein [TC/HDL-C], low density lipoprotein to high-density lipoprotein [LDL-C/HDL-C], plasma arteriosclerosis index [AIP], lipid composite index [LCI]); renal function indexes(such as uric acid [UA], creatinine [CR], urea [UR]) and other metabolic indexes. Results VFI in females was positively correlated with BMI, FM, BFP, WHR, LDL-C/HDL-C, AIP(all P<0.01), while VFI in males was positively correlated with BMI, FM, BFP, WHR, LDL-C/HDL-C, AIP and UA(P<0.01 &P<0.05), but had no correlation with other metabolic indexes. Conclusion In overweight and obese population, LDL-C/HDL-C and AIP are independent risk factors for coronary heart disease, and VFI in male group is closely related to UA level, which provides a certain clinical basis for early prevention and control of related chronic diseases.
