HIF-1α基因多态性与青海地区不同因素人群的相关性研究

【摘要】 目的探讨低氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)基因多态性与青海地区不同海拔、不同民族人群年龄和性别之间的相关性。方法利用PCR-RFLP与STR基因型的方法收集分析2018—2020年西宁(50例)和玉树(100例)地区不同海拔、年龄、性别和民族人群HIF-1α基因rs3783752、rs61755705、rs4899056、rs1957757、rs10873142、rs41508050、rs11549465、rs11549467和rs1802821共九个SNP位点的基因型参数。结果根据基因型分析,rs1957757和rs11549465分别在年龄和性别中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);rs61755705、rs41508050和rs1802821在四个组中比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且在150例样本中分别为GG基因型、CC基因型和AA基因型;rs3783752150、rs4899056、rs10873142和rs11549467四个组中比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 HIF-1α基因多态性与青海地区人群的年龄和性别具有相关性。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between hypoxia inducible factor 1α(HIF-1α) polymorphism with age and gender of people of different altitudes and nationalities in Qinghai. Methods The genotypic parameters of HIF-1 α gene rs3783752, rs61755705, rs4899056, rs1957757, rs10873142, rs41508050, rs11549465,rs11549467, and rs1802821 of people of different altitudes, age, gender, and nationalities in Xining(50 cases) and Yushu(100 cases) from 2018 to 2020 were collected and analyzed by PCR-RFLP and STR genotypes. Results According to the genotype results, rs1957757 and rs1154965 had significant differences in age and sex factor(P>0.05), respectively;rs61755705, rs41508050, and rs1802821 had no significant differences in these four groups(P<0.05), which have GG,CC and AA genotypes in all 150 samples, respectively. rs3783752150, rs4899056, rs10873142, rs11549467 had no significant difference in the four groups(P<0.05). Conclusion HIF-1 α gene polymorphism is correlated with different age and gender of population in Qinghai.
