柳杉种子园半同胞子代测定和早期选择

【摘要】 [目的]研究柳杉种子园半同胞子代遗传变异规律,选育早期速生优良家系和个体进行中试推广。[方法]在福建省闽清美菰国有林场建立柳杉种子园半同胞子代试验林,分别调查1、3、5、6和7年生试验林每木树高、胸径和冠幅等生长性状,并对调查数据进行整理与分析,评选出早期生长表现优异的家系和个体。[结果]7年生试验林树高、胸径、冠幅和材积的平均值分别为5.66 m、7.49 cm、1.67 m和0.019 68 m~3。不同林龄试验林变异系数为31.14%~95.00%。生长性状的家系遗传力为0.443~0.670,单株遗传力为0.170~0.480,家系水平上受中等以上的遗传控制,个体水平上受中等以下的遗传控制。生长性状间的相关系数值为0.58~0.99,树高、胸径、材积和冠幅等生长性状间均达极显著正相关。经综合评价,以15%的入选率选出早期速生优良家系8个,同时选出优良个体35个,其中14个优良个体来自优良家系。[结论]选出的早期速生优良家系和个体适宜在福建省闽清县及类似立地条件下中试推广,为柳杉造林提供了优良遗传材料。

【Abstract】 [Purpose] To study the genetic variation of half-sib progeny for Cryptomeria fortunei seed orchard, and to preliminarily select fast-growing families and individuals for pilot promotion. [Method] The half-sib progeny of C.fortunei seed orchard was established in Meigu State-owned Forest Farm of Minqing County, Fujian Province. Early fast-growing families and individuals were selected by investigating traits of height, diameter at breast height(DBH), crown width and volume in the 1 st, 3 rd, 5 th, 6 th and 7 th year. [Result] Height, DBH, crown width and volume of the 7-year-old pilot forests averaged at 5.66 m, 7.49 cm, 1.67 m and 0.019 68 m~3, respectively, whose variation coefficients ranged between 31.14% to 95.00%. The heritability of the family reached 0.443-0.670, indicating moderate to above genetic factors at family level; and the heritability of the individual was 0.170-0.480, which was influenced by moderate and below factors at individual level. The 4 growth traits were significantly positively correlated, with the correlation coefficients varying between 0.58-0.99. Based on comprehensive comparison and analysis, 8 early fast-growth families and 35 elite individuals were selected, with 14 elite individuals coming from the 8 excellent families, resulting in a selection rate of 15%. [Conclusion] The selected families and individuals can be popularized in Minqing and other sites with similar conditions, providing C.fortunei plantation with elite genetic materials.
