【摘要】 目的:分析闭合复位小切口锁定接骨板内固定治疗SandersⅡ～Ⅲ型跟骨骨折的疗效。方法:以2016年1月-2020年6月间云浮市人民医院骨科收治的36例SandersⅡ～Ⅲ型跟骨骨折患者为对象,均予以闭合复位小切口锁定接骨板内固定治疗,术后6个月时随访,以Maryland足部评分标准(MFS)评定患者手术效果,统计患者术后创口愈合情况。并于术前、术后6个月时随访,分别测定其跟骨长度、跟骨高度、跟骨宽度、Gissan角及Bohler角。结果:所有患者术后创口均已达到甲级愈合标准,术后6个月时,MFS评定结果显示,36例患者的足部手术优良率达到97.22%;术后6个月时,患者跟骨长度、跟骨高度均比术前高,而跟骨宽度则比术前低,同时Gissan角及Bohler角也比术前高(P<0.05)。结论:闭合复位小切口锁定接骨板内固定治疗SandersⅡ～Ⅲ型跟骨骨折的疗效显著,可取得良好创口愈合效果,并促进患者跟骨的影像学指标改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the treatment efficacy of closed reduction plus locking plate internal fixation via small incision in the treatment of Sanders types Ⅱ-Ⅲ calcaneal fractures. Methods: Included in this study were 36 patients with of Sanders types Ⅱ-Ⅲ calcaneal fracture admitted to Yunfu People ’ s Hospital between January 2016 and June 2020. All patients were treated with closed reduction plus locking plate internal fixation via small incision. On follow-up at 6 months after surgery,the patients were evaluated for Maryland Foot Score( MFS) and recorded for wound healing. The calcaneal length,height and width,Gissan and Bohler angles were measured in the patients before and on follow-up at 6 months after the operation. Results: The wounds of all patients had healed by Grade A healing criteria. At 6 months after the operation,MFS assessment showed that the excellent and good rate of foot surgery in 36 patients reached 97. 22%. At 6 months after the operation,the patients had greater length and height,lowered width of the calcaneus,and increased Gissan and Bohler angles,compared with baseline( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Closed reduction plus locking-plate internal fixation via small incision is effective as a treatment for Sanders types Ⅱ-Ⅲ calcaneal fractures,resulting in good wound healing and improved metrics of the calcaneal imaging in the patients.更多还原
