金属增强复合材料管道在油气领域中的应用

【摘要】 随着管道高腐蚀和高压输运以及恶劣地质环境的情况逐年增加,现代油气管道在服役期间暴露出的问题日益突显,采用性能优良的金属增强复合材料管道已成为应对腐蚀和高压输运等问题的重要方法之一。本文主要介绍了金属增强复合材料管道的发展背景、种类分类、制备方法和应用现状,着重介绍了金属增强复合材料管道在国内外的相关应用、成型工艺以及管道修复技术的发展趋势,总结了目前金属增强复合材料管道在陆上和海洋油气领域应用中存在的问题和发展趋势。

【Abstract】 With the high corrosion and high-pressure transportation of pipelines and the situation of bad geological environment increasing year by year, the problems exposed by modern oil and gas pipelines during their service are becoming more and more prominent, and the use of metal-reinforced composite pipes with excellent performance has become one of the important methods to deal with corrosion and high-pressure transportation. The development background, classification of types, preparation methods and application status of metal-reinforced composite pipeswere introduced, focusing on the development trend of metal-reinforced composite pipes at home and abroad, molding process and pipeline repair technology.The existing problems and development trends in the application of metal-reinforced composite pipelines in the field of on-land and offshore oil and gaswere also summarized.
