高锰酸钾褪色光度法测定盐酸氯丙嗪

【摘要】 研究了在磷酸介质中,微量盐酸氯丙嗪能使高锰酸钾显著褪色,且褪色的程度和盐酸氯丙嗪的量成正比关系,据此建立了盐酸氯丙嗪光度分析的新方法。褪色体系的最大吸收波长为530 nm,线性回归方程为y=-0.7687x+1.2455,相关系数为0.9999,表观摩尔吸光系数为4.7×104 L·mol-1·cm-1,检出限为3.67μg/10 mL,盐酸氯丙嗪的浓度在30~120μg/10 mL范围中依从朗伯-比尔定理,该方法灵敏度高、选择性和重现性好。用于测定药物中盐酸氯丙嗪的含量,其相对标准偏差为1.21%~2.72%,加标回收率为98%~102%。

【Abstract】 Spectrophotometric method for the determination of chlorpromazine wasestablished. It was based on the fading reaction of potassium permanganate in phosphoric acid medium. The decrease in colour was directly proportional to the amount of chlorpromazine. The maximum absorption wavelength fade system was 530 nm, linear regression equation was y=0.7687 x+1.2455, the correlation coefficient was 0.9999, the apparent molar absorption coefficient was 4.7 ×104 L·mol-1·cm-1, Detection limit was 3.67 μg/10 mL chlorpromazine in the amount of 30~120 μg/10 mL scopes, which conformed to Bill’s law. The method had high selectivity and reproducibility, was used to determine the content of chlorpromazine acid in drugs, the relative standard deviation was1.21%~2.72%, the recovery rate was 98%~102%.
