抗生素对耐药型反硝化菌反硝化过程的影响

【摘要】 外加碳源可以提高反硝化速率,进而提高脱氮效果。本研究以甲醇为外加碳源对反硝化污泥进行培养,通过对仅投加甲醇、加甲醇和抗生素(氧氟沙星)的接种污泥进行长期培养,比较研究了抗生素对加抗生素和不加抗生素的活性污泥反硝化过程的影响。结果表明添加较低浓度抗生素时,反应终止时非耐药菌硝酸盐浓度均在50 mg/L以下,耐药菌硝酸盐浓度接近50 mg/L,添加高浓度抗生素时两种污泥硝酸盐浓度均大于50 mg/L。抗生素对亚硝酸盐的影响较小,亚硝酸盐浓度范围在0.24~2.34 mg/L。

【Abstract】 An external carbon source can increase the rate of denitrification, which in turn improves the denitrification effect. Methanol was used as an additional carbon source for denitrifying sludge, and the effect of antibiotics on the denitrification of activated sludge with and without antibiotics was studied comparatively by long-term incubation of inoculated sludge with methanol only, methanol and antibiotics(ofloxacin). The results showed that the nitrate concentrations of non-resistant bacteria were below 50 mg/L at the end of the reaction when lower concentrations of antibiotics were added, and the nitrate concentrations of resistant bacteria were close to 50 mg/L. The nitrate concentrations of both sludges were higher than 50 mg/L when higher concentrations of antibiotics were added.
