化工原理辩证思维教学探讨
Discussions on Teaching of Dialectical Thinking of Chemical Engineering Principles
【摘要】 设备供给量与生产需求量的矛盾贯穿于化工原理的各个单元操作。供给量内又有两个主要问题:总费用与过程速率。对于总费用问题可以协调矛盾的两个方面即设备费用与操作费用来解决;对于串联过程的速率,要着眼于抓住矛盾的主要方面,降低控制步骤阻力。将矛盾论与课程内容深度融合教学,体现了理论与实践相统一的知行合一观,有助于培养学生的辩证思维能力。
【Abstract】 Every unit operation is permeated with the contradiction of supply and demand. There are two problems for the supply aspect, namely, total cost and rate. The total cost can be solved by coordinating the two aspects of contradictions: cost of equipment and operation. The procedure rate can be solved by grasping the major aspect of the contradiction, namely, reducing the resistance of the controlled step. The teaching of combining the contradiction with Chemical Engineering Principles reflects the theory of the unity of knowledge and doing, namely the unity of theory and practice, can be beneficial to cultivate the students’ ability of dialectical thinking.
