【摘要】 教学团队是一个教学集合体。教学团队在教学实践中发挥着重要的作用。以淮南师范学院化学与材料工程学院基础化学实验教学团队立项建设为例,着重探索了基础化学实验教学团队构建的形成过程、具体建设思路与改革方案,并提出了团队以后的建设思路、发展方向和建设目标。本文可作为基础化学实验教学团队建设与改革的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The teaching team is a didactical collective body. A teaching team plays an important role in teaching practice. Taking the project construction of the fundamental chemical experiment teaching team of School of Chemistry and Materials Engineering of Huainan Normal University as an example, the construction process, concrete construction thinking and reformation program of fundamental chemical experiment teaching team were explored authentically, simultaneously, its subsequent construction design, development direction and construction target were proposed.
