氧化铝催化合成阿司匹林的工艺探讨

【摘要】 通过比较浓硫酸与氧化铝为催化剂对阿司匹林合成的影响后,采用L9(34)的正交试验优化氧化铝催化阿司匹林合成的工艺条件。当氧化铝用量为水杨酸的20%,控制温度90℃,反应时间35 min,水杨酸与乙酸酐的摩尔比为1:2.67时,产率为63.44%。氧化铝可代替浓硫酸催化阿司匹林的合成。本法为生产提供一种经济、环境友好型的催化剂,并为《药物化学实验》教学中学生创新性能力培养提供良好的基础。

【Abstract】 The effects of concentrated sulfuric acid and alumina as catalyst on the synthesis of aspirin were compared. Then the synthetic conditions were optimized by orthogonal test of L9(34). The results showed that the catalytic effect of alumina was better than that of concentrated sulfuric acid, the yield was 63.44% when the weight ratio of alumina to salicylic acid was 20%, the temperature was 90 ℃, the reaction time was 35 min and the molar ratio of salicylic acid to acetic anhydride was 1:2.67. It provided an economical and environmentally friendly catalyst for aspirin production, and provided a good foundation for cultivating students’ innovative ability in Pharmaceutical Chemistry experiment teaching.
