三种不同源混合菌群降解4-氟苯胺特性

【摘要】 对比考察了三种不同源4-氟苯胺(4-FA)混合菌群(4-FAR1、4-FAR2和4-FAR3)的降解特性。结果表明:当pH为5~9时,三种混合菌群均可完全转化降解4-FA,去除率和脱氟率分别可达100%和70%以上,而当pH=4时,仅混合菌群4-FAR2保持了较高的去除率和脱氟率;易生物降解基质不会三种混合菌群的降解能力产生明显的影响,而苯胺对4-FA降解效率有一定的抑制;混合菌群4-FAR2对Cr6+、Ni2+、Cu2+和Zn2+均呈现了较好的耐受性,而混合菌群4-FAR1、4-FAR3的降解能力易受到Cu2+和Cr6+的抑制。

【Abstract】 The degradation characteristics of three different 4-fluoroaniline(4-FA) mixed bacteria(4-FAR1,4-FAR2 and 4-FAR3) were studied. The results showed that 4-FA could be completely degraded by all three kinds of mixed bacteria when pH was 5~9, and the removal rate and defluorination rate could reach 100% and 70%, respectively. When pH was 4, only mixed bacteria 4-FAR2 maintained higher removal rate and defluorination rate. The degrading ability of the three mixed bacteria groups was not significantly affected by the biodegradable substrate, but the degradation efficiency of 4-FA was inhibited by aniline, and the mixed bacteria group 4-FAR2 showed good tolerance to Cr6+, Ni2+, Cu2+ and Zn2+, however, the degradation ability of 4-FAR1 and 4-FAR3 was inhibited by Cu2+ and Cr6+.
