新工科背景下地方院校化工专业硕士研究生“双导师制”培养模式浅析

【摘要】 新工科背景下,对研究生的培养更加注重学术能力与专业领域技能应用能力相结合。然而,传统的学术学位硕士研究生"单一导师制"培养模式难以达到这一培养目标。本文以江西理工大学化工专业硕士研究生的培养为例,通过对导师队伍、管理体系构建和校企合作联培机制进行浅析,对"双导师制"培养模式的关键影响因素进行了总结,为地方院校全日制专业硕士研究生的培养体系改革提供了有益借鉴。

【Abstract】 Under the background of emerging engineering, the cultivation of postgraduates pays more attention to the integration of academic ability and application ability of professional skills. However, the traditional "single tutorial system" is difficult to achieve this goal. Taking the postgraduate cultivating process of the chemical engineering major of the Jiangxi University of science and technology as an instance, the key influencing factors of "double tutorial system" cultivating mode were summarized by brief analysis on the tutor team establishment, management system construction and university-enterprise cooperation culture mechanism, providing a useful reference for the local colleges and universities full-time professional postgraduate training system reform.
