CuO/BiVO4复合光催化剂的合成及其光催化性能的研究

【摘要】 采用水热法合成具有高效催化活性的单斜白钨矿型BiVO4,再通过向其掺杂CuO生成复合光催化材料CuO/BiVO4。借助X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外漫反射(UV-Vis)等手段对产品进行表征。以亚甲基蓝作为降解物,研究了所制备样品的可见光催化活性。结果表明,当CuO的掺杂量为2wt%时,光照120 min,CuO/BiVO4对亚甲基蓝的光催化降解率达到96.4%,比纯BiVO4光催化剂降解率提高了16.1%。而且复合光催化剂具有良好的重复利用率。

【Abstract】 The monoclinic scheerite BiVO4 with high catalytic activity was synthesized by hydrothermal method, and CuO was doped into it to generate CuO/BiVO4 composite photocatalytic material. The products were characterized by X-ray diffractometer(XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM) and ultraviolet diffuse reflection(UV-VIS). With methylene blue as degraded substance, the visible light catalytic activity of the sample was analyzed. The results showed that when the dopant, amount of CuO was 2 wt%, in 120 min of light, the photocatalytic degradation rate of CuO/BiVO4 to methylene blue reached 96.4%, which was 16.1% higher than that of pure BiVO4 photocatalyst. Moreover, the composite photocatalyst had good reuse efficiency.
