【摘要】 针对地方院校应用型人才培养的目标和学生综合实验素质较低的现状,作者通过参考国内各综合性大学所编写的微生物学实验教材之后,认真梳理教材中微生物学实验内容,结合我校微生物学实验教学的探索和实践,进行了实验内容渐进式的模块化教学设计,不仅夯实了学生专业操作技能,还有效增强了课程的连贯性、整体性和应用性,提高了学生实验综合素质,实现了教学目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the target to train the practical talents and the present status that general experimental accomplishment is rather low in local college, a lot of microbial experimental textbooks used in domestic comprehensive universities were consulted, and the contents of microbiology experiments in the teaching materials were carefully combed. Combined with the exploration and practice of microbiology experimental teaching in our university, the gradual modular teaching design of experimental content was carried out, which not only solidified the students’ professional operation skills, but also effectively enhanced the consistency, integrity and application of the curriculum, so as to improve the comprehensive quality of the students’ experiments, and achieve the teaching goal.更多还原
