双水相提取玉竹黄酮制备防晒霜

【摘要】 利用双水相体系萃取玉竹总黄酮,通过L9(34)正交设计实验考察乙醇体积分数、硫酸铵质量浓度、氯化钠加入量及玉竹提取液体积分数4个因素对总黄酮萃取率的影响,得出最佳萃取条件为:乙醇体积分数26%,氯化钠2.0 g,玉竹提取液体积分数20%,硫酸铵质量浓度0.22 g/mL,总黄酮提取率为92.12%。以玉竹黄酮作为有效防晒成分制备了防晒霜,防晒功效评价该防晒霜属于中等防晒效果,适用于中等强度阳光照射。

【Abstract】 The total flavonoids of polygonatum odoratum were extracted via aqueous two-phase system. L9(34) orthogonal design experiment was used to investigate the effects of four factors on the total flavonoid extraction rate, such as ethanol volume fraction, ammonium sulfate mass concentration, sodium chloride addition, and polygonatum odoratum extract volume fraction. The best extraction conditions were as follows: ethanol volume fraction was 26%, sodium chloride was 2.0 g, extract of polygonatum odoratum was 20%, mass concentration of ammonium sulfate was 0.22 g/mL, and total flavonoid extraction rate was 92.12%. Sunscreen cream was prepared with polygonatum odoratum flavonoids as an effective sunscreen ingredient. It was evaluated and determined to be a medium sunscreen effect, suitable for medium-intensity sunlight exposure.
