miRNA在青少年特发性脊柱侧凸发病机制中的意义研究进展
Research progress of the significance of mi RNA in the pathogenesis of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis
【摘要】 <正>青少年特发性脊柱侧凸(adolescentidiopathic scoliosis,AIS)是一种青少年中最为常见的脊柱三维畸形,其整体发病率约为1.5%~3.0%,是一种包括冠状面侧凸、矢状面失平衡和在横轴位上椎体旋转在内的复杂脊柱三维畸形[1-3]。AIS常发生于青春发育期前后,其发病及进展与基因变异、细胞及机体代谢、相关蛋白表达及脊柱生物力学特性等因素密切相关,其病因学至今尚未被完全阐明[4-5]。
【Abstract】 Scoliosis is a complex three-dimensional deformity of the spine with Cobb’s angle > 10° in the coronal plane.Its pathogenesis may be related to congenital,idiopathic,syndromic,neuromuscular and other factors,as well as environmental and genetic factors.However,the exact genetic and molecular mechanisms of its pathogenesis have not been fully elucidated.In recent years,a number of studies have shown that miRNA is closely related to the pathogenesis of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,and these dysregulated miRNAs are likely to participate in the occurrence and development of scoliosis.This article will focus on the relationship between miRNA and adolescent idiopathic scoliosis to provide theoretical basis and new research target to explore the pathogenesis of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.
