我国医学领域服务性学习应用现状评价
Evaluation on application status of service-learning in field of medicine in China
【摘要】 目的分析服务性学习在我国医学领域的应用现状。方法检索Embase、PubMed、Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、维普和万方数据库,收集服务性学习应用于我国医学领域的研究,对研究领域、评价指标及应用效果等方面进行描述性分析。结果共纳入28篇中文文献,主要涉及服务性学习在患者和家属教育、临床药学或临床医德教育、中医教育、护理学4个领域的应用,其实施方法、评价指标有所差异,但均提示服务性学习有助于提高学习效果和综合素质。结论服务性学习在我国医学领域中的应用发展迅速,尤其是在护理学领域的应用范围较广,但在药学领域的应用不足。该服务性学习有助于提高学生的学习效果及综合素质,今后可结合不同领域的实际需求,进一步推广这一学习模式。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application status of service-learning in the field of medicine in China.Methods A retrieval was conducted in databases such as Embase, PubMed, the Cochrane Library, CBM, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang Database to collect the studies on the application of service-learning in the field of medicine in China, and a descriptive analysis was performed on research fields, evaluation indicators, application effects and other issues.Results Totally 28 Chinese articles were included, a majority of which involved the application of service-learning in the four fields, patients and family members education, clinical pharmacy or clinical medical ethics education, traditional Chinese medicine education, and nursing, and varied in implementation methods and evaluation indicators, but indicated that service-learning was contributed to the improvements in learning effects and comprehensive competence. Conclusion Service-learning has a booming application in the field of medicine in China, especially in the field of nursing, but exhibits inadequate utilization in the field of pharmacy. Service-learning contributes to improving students′ learning effects and comprehensive competence. It is recommended to further promote the application of this learning pattern in future in combination with the actual needs in different fields.
